Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't pay anything to start. If you don't choose a plan by the end, your store stays open on the Free plan: up to 30 orders a month and 25 products, on your nepzio.com address. Choose a plan whenever you need more.
Do I need a developer to set up my store?
No. Pick a theme, add your products, and publish. No code required.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, Visa and Mastercard cards (through your bank's CyberSource account) and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are included in every plan.
Does the money come to my own account?
Yes. Customers pay into your own eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay merchant account or your bank account, and cash on delivery comes to you through your courier. Nepzio never holds your money.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Connect a domain you own, such as yourshop.com.np, from your admin, and Nepzio sets up the secure (https) connection for you. Until then your store is at yourshop.nepzio.com.
Can I bring my products over from Facebook or Daraz?
From Daraz, yes: on Growth and Business, connect your Daraz seller account and import your listings as products, with their options, prices, stock and photos. Nepzio then keeps one stock count for both shops and brings your Daraz orders in beside your own. From Facebook there's no direct import yet, but you can upload your products from an Excel or CSV spreadsheet, one product per row.
Can I print MRP and barcode labels?
Yes, on every plan. Choose products in your admin and print price stickers on a thermal label printer or on A4 sticker sheets. Items without a barcode get their own, ready to scan at the till, and labels show the MRP and your selling price.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time as your store grows.
Do apps cost extra?
No. Apps from product reviews to the blog are included in every plan; switch them on when you need them. Point of Sale and Daraz come with Growth and Business, Loyalty Points with Business, and how many Facebook Pages the Nepzio Inbox connects depends on your plan.
Do I get a VAT bill?
Yes. Every payment for your Nepzio plan comes with a VAT bill from Anubhabi Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
