What you get
WhatsApp, Viber or both
Add one number or both. With one, the button opens that app directly; with both, shoppers pick.
Starting message
Set the first WhatsApp message, like "Hi, I have a question about a product", so chats start with context.
Nepali numbers just work
Enter a local mobile number like 98XXXXXXXX and Nepzio adds the country code for you.
Your choice of corner
Place the button at the bottom left or bottom right of the screen.
How to set it up

Open Apps in your Nepzio admin and install Chat Button.

Enter your WhatsApp and/or Viber number and, if you like, a starting message.

Pick a corner and save. The button shows on every page of your store.
