These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nepzio, operated by Anubhabi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Nepzio", "we", "us", or "our"), a platform for creating and operating online stores and business websites. By creating a workspace or using Nepzio, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Nepzio lets you create a workspace, build a store, list products, and receive and manage orders from your customers. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Plans and billing

• Nepzio is offered on the Starter, Growth, and Business plans described on our Pricing page, billed annually in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
• Plan prices, limits, and features may change; we will give notice of material changes before they take effect.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, subject to any applicable proration.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Merchant responsibilities

As a merchant using Nepzio, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and store content.
• Complying with applicable laws for the goods or services you sell, including consumer protection and tax obligations.
• Fulfilling orders and handling customer service, returns, and refunds for your own store.
• Owning or having the right to use any content, images, or branding you upload to your store.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Nepzio to:

• Sell illegal goods or services, or goods that infringe someone else's intellectual property.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or deceptive practices.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or availability.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Payments and third-party providers

Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay), and courier services are fulfilled by third-party shipping partners. Nepzio is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.

7. Intellectual property

Nepzio and its underlying software, themes, and branding remain our property. You retain ownership of your own store content, product data, and branding that you upload.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Nepzio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may suspend the platform for maintenance or updates.

9. Termination

You may stop using Nepzio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nepzio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nepzio against claims arising from your store content, your products or services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of Nepzio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
