Who can apply
- Your business was registered in Nepal no more than 12 months before the day you apply.
- Any kind of business: fashion, cosmetics, handicrafts, electronics, food, manufacturers, wholesalers and more.
- You are new to Nepzio: your workspace has never paid for a plan. Starting with the free trial is fine.
- One offer per registered business. It can’t be combined with the Student Entrepreneur Program or any other discount, except a referral discount from another store.
What you'll need
A clear photo or PDF of your business registration certificate, showing the registration number and date, plus your role in the business.
Only Nepzio staff see your proof, and we delete it 30 days after we decide. We only ask for what we need to check you're eligible.

Questions
How is the 12 months counted?
From the registration date on your certificate to the day you apply. For example, a business registered on 1 March 2026 can apply until 1 March 2027.
Which plans does it apply to?
Starter, Growth and Business. The discount is taken off your first year’s invoice for the plan you choose.
What if I upgrade during the year?
If you upgrade before paying your first invoice, the new plan is still 50% off. An upgrade after you have paid starts a new year at the regular price.
Who sees my registration certificate?
Only Nepzio staff, to check you are eligible. We delete the file 30 days after we decide.
Do you guarantee payment gateway or courier approval?
No. eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, banks offering card payments and couriers set their own requirements. Nepzio connects to them once you are approved.
