Questions about the app
Is the app free?
Yes. The Nepzio app is free to download and comes with every Nepzio plan, including the free trial. There is no extra charge per phone or per staff member.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet: the app is on Android for now. On an iPhone, you can open the full Nepzio admin in Safari, which works on phones too.
Do I still need the web admin?
The app covers the everyday work: orders, deliveries, messages, quick sales, products and stock. Store design, settings, reports and the full Point of Sale are in the web admin, which the app opens for you when you need it.
Can my staff use the app?
Yes. Invite them from the Staff page in your admin, and they sign in to the app with their own account. Each person sees what their role allows, and chooses their own notifications.
Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. If you have more than one store or workspace, switch between them from the More tab.
Does it work without internet?
You need a connection to take orders and make changes, since they go straight to your store. If the connection drops, the app keeps showing what it last loaded until you are back online.
