Who can apply
- You are currently enrolled at a recognised school, college or university.
- You are new to Nepzio: your workspace has never paid for a plan. Starting with the free trial is fine.
- One offer per student, and one store per student.
- It can’t be combined with the Startup Support Program or any other discount, except a referral discount from another store.
What you'll need
A clear photo or PDF of your student ID card or a current enrolment letter, with your name on it.
Only Nepzio staff see your proof, and we delete it 30 days after we decide. We only ask for what we need to check you're eligible.

Create your store
Sign up and name your store. Your free trial starts straight away.

Apply with your student ID
Upload your student ID or enrolment letter from the Billing page.

We check it
Nepzio staff check your proof and email you our decision.

Start selling
Once approved, your first year is free. Add products and publish your store.
The offer covers
- Your Nepzio subscription on the Student plan
- Your online store on a nepzio.com address
- Products, orders, customers and inventory in one place
- Cash on delivery, and online payments where you meet the provider’s requirements
- Courier integrations where available
Paid separately
- Your own domain name (you can connect one; registration and renewal are paid to the registrar)
- Payment gateway fees and approval, set by eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or your bank for card payments
- Courier and delivery charges
- SMS credit packs beyond those included with the plan
Questions
Is the first year really free?
Yes. Once we approve your application, your first year on the Student plan costs nothing and you don’t need to add a payment method.
What happens after the first year?
Your second year is 50% off, on the Student plan or any plan you move up to. From the third year the regular price applies. We email you 30 and 7 days before each discounted year ends, with what the next year costs.
What if I already have a Nepzio store?
You can apply if your workspace has never paid for a plan, for example while it is on the free trial. Apply from Billing in your admin.
Who sees my student ID?
Only Nepzio staff, to check you are eligible. We delete the file 30 days after we decide.
Can I get this and the startup offer?
No. A business can have one offer. If you also qualify for the Startup Support Program, choose the one that suits you.
Offer terms are part of our Terms of Service. One offer per business; it can't be combined with other discounts, except a referral discount.
