Find your link and code on the Billing page of your admin, and send them on WhatsApp, Viber or Facebook.

They create their store
They sign up through your link, or enter your code on their Billing page before they first pay. Either way they get 20% off.

They pay for their first year
You get an email when they do. A free trial or a free student year doesn’t count yet.

Your credit arrives
14 days later the credit is yours, with an email and a notification. It comes off your next renewal by itself.

Questions about referrals
Who can I refer?
Any business that is new to Nepzio: its workspace must never have paid for a plan. Starting with the free trial is fine. You can’t refer your own workspace, or a workspace run by any of your own owners or staff.
Where do I find my referral link?
Workspace owners and admins find it on the Billing page in the Nepzio admin, under “Refer a store, earn credit”, with your 8-letter code and buttons to share it on WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook.
They signed up without my link. Can they still use my code?
Yes, as long as they haven’t paid for a plan yet. They enter your code on their Billing page under “Have a referral code?”. A workspace can be referred only once, and that can’t be changed afterwards.
When do I get my credit?
14 days after the store you referred pays for its first year. If that payment is voided or refunded in those 14 days, nothing is earned for it.
Can I get the credit as cash?
No. Credit is only for your Nepzio subscription: it comes off your next invoices automatically and doesn’t expire while your workspace exists. It can’t be used for SMS packs or moved to another workspace.
Does the discount work with the Student and Startup programs?
Yes. The 20% comes off after the program’s discount, so the two add up. For a student, whose first year is free, it comes off the second year.
