Fast at the counter
Search or scan a barcode to add products, sell a one-off custom item, give a discount on a line or the whole sale, hold a basket and print an 80mm receipt.
Cash and Fonepay QR
Take cash with change worked out, show a Fonepay QR for the exact amount, or split a sale between the two.
Cash drawer shifts
Each cashier opens a shift with a float, records cash in and out, and closes it by counting the drawer against what it should hold.
Returns and exchanges
Take back goods from any order, online or in the shop, and refund in cash, as store credit, or towards an exchange.
Cashiers with limits
Give staff a Cashier role and choose what needs a manager: bigger discounts, returns, cash out of the drawer. A manager approves at the till with their own PIN.
One stock count
A sale in the shop takes stock straight away, so your online store never sells what has already left the counter.
How to set it up

Choose the Growth or Business plan, then open Apps in your Nepzio admin and install Point of Sale.

Add Fonepay's QR details in payment settings if you take QR payments, and give your staff the Cashier role.

Open the till, start a shift with your float and make your first sale.
