Let the people who bought from you tell new shoppers what they think. Reviews come only from customers who received their order, so every star on your store is from a real buyer, and your ratings can appear next to your products in Google results.
What you get
Verified buyers only
A signed-in customer can review a product once their order has been delivered, once per product. Cash on Delivery orders count as soon as they are delivered.
Stars across your store
Ratings show on product cards in listings and search, with a full reviews section on each product page.
Ratings in Google results
Product pages carry structured data with the average rating and review count, so search engines can show your stars.
You stay in control
Publish reviews straight away or hold them for approval. Hide or delete a review, or reply publicly so every shopper sees your answer.
A nudge to review
Customers see a "Rate your purchases" prompt on the Orders page of their account.
How to set it up

Open Apps in your Nepzio admin and install Product Reviews.

Choose whether new reviews are published straight away or wait for your approval.

As customers receive their orders and review them, reply to and moderate reviews from your admin.
