If you keep your books in Tigg, every online and shop sale has to reach them somehow. Connect your Tigg organization to Nepzio and your sales go there by themselves, with drafts waiting for your accountant unless you choose to approve them automatically.
What you get
Invoices from your orders
When an order is paid and handed over, it goes to Tigg as an invoice with its items, discounts, delivery charge and payment. Parcels that come back undelivered never become invoices.
Credit notes for returns
Goods that come back go to Tigg as a credit note against the original invoice, with the refund recorded when you say where it came from.
Your accountant stays in charge
Invoices arrive as drafts to check and approve in Tigg. Once you trust them, switch on automatic approval and they are posted to your accounts and sent on to CBMS by Tigg.
VAT worked out for you
Tell Nepzio whether your prices include 13% VAT or you are not VAT registered, and each line reaches Tigg with the amounts that match what the customer paid.
Customers and products set up
Products are matched to Tigg by SKU, and any customer or product Tigg does not have yet is created for you. Nepzio keeps your stock count.
See what was sent
Every order shows what happened in Tigg. If Tigg refuses a document you see why, fix it and send it again, and print approved documents from Tigg.
How to set it up

Make sure you are on Tigg's Professional package, then generate a Client ID and Secret Key in Tigg's Developer Mode.

Open Apps in your Nepzio admin, install Tigg and enter those details with your organization slug.

Choose your VAT setting and enter the account codes from your Tigg chart of accounts.

Your next paid, handed-over order goes to Tigg as a draft invoice.
